- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We arrived at the practice at 9.40pm and went to the reception. The lovely receptionist called the doctor to ensure he would take us as a last patient as the only other person waiting had just gone in. The doctor said no to the receptionist and the poor thing was left trying to assist us with an alternative. Please do not advertise your open to 10pm if you refuse to take someone 20min before you are meant to close. The patient before us was out 9:45pm which would have given the doctor plenty of time to see us before the supposed closing time..what happened to duty care?!? On a side note the receptionist was extremely helpful and lovely and we felt bad for her being left to say no to us being treated.Cara DaleyOctober 10, 2017
